Wandering Pine Studio's terms of service covering orders, shipping, returns, intellectual property, third-party services, and liability.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using https://wanderingpine.studio/ (the “Site”) or placing an order with Wandering Pine Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict anyone else’s use of the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products & Orders

All products sold on the Site are printed on demand by our third-party print partner and shipped directly to you. Product images are representative; minor variations in color and finish may occur due to differences between screen displays and physical print materials. Small color variations are not considered defects.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from Stripe on our behalf. We are not liable for any pricing or typographical errors on the Site, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount due, including product cost and any applicable taxes. Shipping is free on all orders. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally. Processing and production typically takes 3–5 business days before an order ships. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except in cases of damage, defect, incorrect items, or packages lost in transit, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind or customer error.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Artwork

All artwork, images, designs, graphics, and visual content displayed on the Site are the original work of Wandering Pine Studio and are protected by copyright law. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

Your Licence to Purchase

Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the physical print in your home or private space. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or copyright, and does not grant you the right to reproduce, resell, or commercially use the design in any form.

Feedback & Submissions

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

6. Communications

If you contact us through the Site’s contact form or by email, you are solely responsible for the content of your message. You agree not to send content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to decline to respond to any communication at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), FedEx (shipping), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Analytics (analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wandering Pine Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or these Terms — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wandering Pine Studio and its owner(s) from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
