Thank you for your order! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at Wandering Pine Studio.


How Our Shipping Works

All prints are produced and fulfilled by our trusted print partner on our behalf. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent directly to our print partner for production. Your order is then shipped directly from their facility in Eugene, OR to your door via FedEx Ground.


Processing & Production Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. This production window does not include transit time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, production will begin the next business day.


Shipping & Transit Time

All orders ship via FedEx Ground within the United States. Estimated transit times after your order ships:

Transit time varies by destination — orders to the West Coast typically arrive in 3–4 business days, while East Coast deliveries may take closer to 6–7 business days. All orders ship from Eugene, OR.

Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Transit time estimates are provided by FedEx and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html or directly through the FedEx app.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of every print we send. If your order arrives damaged, contains a defect, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@wanderingpine.studio and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and its packaging (for damaged or defective orders)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free reprint and reship at no charge to you. We do not require you to return the original item.

Please note that we are unable to offer reprints or refunds for issues resulting from customer error, such as an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout or an uploaded file with quality issues that were approved during the ordering process.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@wanderingpine.studio. We can update your address before your order enters production, but we cannot redirect a shipment once it has been handed off to FedEx.

If a package is returned to sender due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you and arrange a reship. Additional shipping charges may apply.
