We stand fully behind every print we ship. If your order arrives damaged, contains a defect, is not what you ordered, or is lost in transit, we will issue a free reprint and reship at no charge — no return of the original item required.

Because every print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Everything else, we’ll make right.


What We Cover

We will issue a free reprint and reship at no charge to you if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or with visible defects (tears, creases, color issues, print errors)
  • Is materially different from what you ordered (wrong print, wrong size)
  • Is lost in transit and does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the shipping confirmation date

How to Request a Reprint

Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date at info@wanderingpine.studio with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the item showing the issue (for damaged or defective orders)
  3. A brief description of the problem

Once we review your request, we will confirm the reprint and provide a new tracking number when it ships. You do not need to return the original item.


What We Do Not Cover

We are unable to offer reprints or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind — Because prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or preference changes.
  • Incorrect address — If an order is undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, we are not responsible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address before your order enters production. If a package is returned to sender, we will arrange a reship but an additional shipping fee may apply.
  • Minor color variation — Colors may vary slightly between screens and print. Small variations that fall within normal printing tolerances are not considered defects.
  • Delayed claims — Requests submitted more than 14 days after your delivery date will not be eligible for a reprint or refund.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and any secure delivery locations at your address.
  2. Contact FedEx directly with your tracking number at fedex.com or by calling 1-800-463-3339.
  3. If the package still cannot be located, reach out to us at info@wanderingpine.studio within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with FedEx.

If FedEx confirms the package as lost, we will arrange a free reprint and reship.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins (typically within 24 hours of placing your order). Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@wanderingpine.studio with your order number.


Refunds

Because all products are printed on demand, we do not offer cash refunds except in cases where a reprint cannot be fulfilled (for example, if a product is discontinued). In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
